Shipping and Return Policy
Most of our pieces are able to ship for a flat rate of $2.99. Larger orders (over 5lbs) will have shipping calculated appropriately.
Our ultimate goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with the item that you have purchased. Since most of our items are handmade, and often contain natural components (gemstones, etc.) we ask that you fully inspect the item upon receipt.
We understand that each piece is unique and might look different to you when you receive the actual item. We ask that if you are not satisfied with an item, that you contact us within 14-days of your order. We cannot accept returns of any items (including broken or damaged items) outside of the 14-day period.
If you are dissatisfied with the item and would like to return it, please follow these steps:

- Mail the item back to us in its original, unworn condition at:
- Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
- You might want to insure the item, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.
- Upon receipt of the item, we will then process a full refund.
We are also happy to "exchange" the item if we have additional similar items in-stock (if that is what you want).

Although we check all of our items for defects prior to packaging, we ask that you inspect your item upon arrival to make sure that it is free of any defects. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective/damaged item. **
